Our standard turnaround time is noon on the following business day. If you are needing your video sooner, we also offer Same-Day turnaround (by 9:00pm). Note: Your invoice must be paid to access your videos.
You will be sent an email with links where you will be able to download the video to your device.
We do not require any of the shooters to download or obtain the necessary apps or equipment to be used on these forms of locks. Please use a standard lockbox, arrange access for your shooter or request a one day code to provide to your assigned shooter.

Without any fees, you can cancel/reschedule/postpone an appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
After 24 hour, we charge the following fee:
24-12 Hours before the appointment time – $25
12-1 Hour before the appointment time – $50
1 Hour before the appointment time – $99
Getting your property prepped for our arrival is key to a smooth appointment and amazing results. Get your home ready for the shoot by reviewing our checklist. We suggest you complete this checklist at least one day prior to your appointment.
