When and how do I receive my pictures?
Your photos are delivered digitally within 24 hours of the shoot via a secure online gallery. You'll receive an email with a download link for all high-resolution images in both MLS-ready and print-quality formats.
Do your shooters have access to any form of an electronic lockbox (Supra, SentriLock, etc)?
Yes, our photographers carry both Supra and SentriLock access devices. If your property uses a different lockbox system, please let us know when scheduling and we'll make arrangements.
How do I update / upgrade an order or change an order address?
You can update your order by contacting us directly via email or phone. Changes to addresses or package upgrades can be made up to 2 hours before your scheduled shoot time at no additional cost.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Rescheduling or cancellations can be made up to 4 hours before the shoot at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Simply call or email us to make changes to your booking.
How is the home supposed to be prepared for the photographer?
We recommend turning on all lights, opening blinds and curtains, removing personal items from countertops, making beds, and ensuring the lawn is mowed. A clean, decluttered home photographs best and helps maximize your listing's appeal.
